Reiki chakra that governs the will

Practitioners of Reiki say there is a link between the esthetic and physical bodies through chakras (energy centre) and endocrine systems. The second degree course of Reiki gives us the knowledge to deal with mental level of disease where the casual level is located. The casual level of disease is in the mind.

The universal energy is absorbed in the physical body and energizes it with prana through chakras. The prana collected by them from the ether, air, sun, water and earth is distributed in the physical form through nadis. If ancient holy books are to be believed there are about 70,000 nadis in the body which carry the prana to every part of the physical body.

It is said there are three major nadis -'Ida nadi-this runs along the left side of spine. Starting from the lowest energy centre, it ends at left nostril. Then there is 'Pingala nadi'-this runs up to the right DOStrial. Then comes .Sushumna nadi', running through the center of spinal column. It goes right up to the head.

From the physical body health rays go out perpendicularly, they are called 'Health aura and they protect the body from the germs and other diseased matter. Thus it is evident that this reiki chakra that governs the will of mind and body act and react on each other.

Opening Reiki Chakra

In order to pass on the universal energy force, we have the use of hands, feet and eyes. We can also transmit energy by our breath. But it is mostly the hands that are used to pass on energy. The energy flows from above, down through the Crown Chakra , Eye Chakra , Throat Chakra , Heart Chakra and thence to hands. Hands have two important chakras at the centre of each palm. It is through them that prana is transmitted to the heelee. There is a mini chakra in each finger.

How to transfer Chakra energy

They also absorb and transmit energy. After Reiki attunement, one has to simply place his hands on the affected part of the body and Reiki flows easily. It can be done even while one is busy doing some other work. All one has to do is wash hands properly first, open and clean fists a few times and jerk and shake hands. The more relaxed the healer is, the better is the flow of energy. One has to concentrate on the palm. That would activate the 'chakras' and one would feel the warmth of life energy flowing through. It is important to keep fingers and thumb together.

Chakras of hands and fingers Hands should remain cupped for delivering maximum energy flow. After treatment one has to wash hands with soap, alcohol or salt water. Jerking also helps to disintegrate dirty bio plasmic matter. There are certain laws which govern Reiki energy and one has to be well conversant with them before applying this energy to use-from Reiki (laying hands) to Reiki 2 (mind).
