What is Reiki Attunements

Dr Usui Healing method

The attunement process, initiated by Dr. Usui in the Reiki healing method, means the way wherein a Reiki master prepares to transmit universal energy into student's body. This was an old Tibetan method used centuries ago by our ancestors. The energy creates a channel for cosmic energy to flow into the body from the top of the head.

Vibration and Attunements

It will not be out of tune to say here that each person is affected differently to Reiki according to his/her vibratory level. If one has worked hard to expand his/her conscious level and reached a higher vibratory level, the attunement level will be also higher.

Benefits of Attunements

Attunements process opens one's crown, throat, heart and palm chakras and gives the master unlimited energy force. During this, changes take place that open up the system enabling one to channel Reiki through chakra.

Medium of Cosmic Engery

The attunement turns the master into medium to transmit the cosmic energy when he puts his hands on self or another person. When a fully trained smooth and consistent. That raises the energy field to a high vibratory level and activates the capacity to heal.

Attunements Ritual

The healing master first performs a sacred ceremony before starting the process. That ritual, initiated by Dr. Usui, brings about a better tuning between the two and balances the energy body of the receiver.

The more spiritually advanced the master is, the higher would be the level of tuning of the student with universal life force.

After the initiations, the student is in a position to deflect the flow of energy and conduct it to others. Now he is a Reiki channel-fit to impart the healing method to self and others.
