Understanding of What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese word. Rei means universal transcendental spirit and Ki stands for life energy. Thus the word carries the sense of universal life energy. The universe is filled with this invisible life energy and life and health of all living beings is sustained by it.

Let us explain what is life energy. Modern physicsays tremendous vitality pervades the universe.
