Reiki is the simplest method for self treatment . Reiki is always there and needs no special tools. Whenever there is pain or you are in a bad state or tired and angry, you can calm yourself and relax with Reiki energy.
It is not that you need to apply the energy only when you have probÂlems; it can be practiced daily. It will keep illnesses apart and you will grow both physically and spiritually.
There is a simple treatment. Let one lie or sit down peacefully and lay his hands gently on the head in various positions and let the energy flow. Then move slowly your hands down the rest of the body including heart, liver, spleen, stomach, etc.
Each position should be kept for 3-5 minutes.
