Reiki Master should have regular meditation by sitting and keeping the spine straight. That will facilitate easy flow of energy in the' chakra' .
Reiki Master should store water in a gold, silver or copper vessel before going to sleep and drink it the following morning. Magnestized water is equally good. Such water becomes filled with positive energy. Pranayama or deep Do’s & Don’t for healer breathing are very effective in balancing the energy field. The habit of diaphragmatic breathing is very helpful. It helps in maintaining a healthy aura. The healers should try to be as close to nature as possible. Open air and sunbath are very beneficial. Elements of the body are rejuvenated by sunbath.
