Method to locate Blockage

Pre conscious state

If the pain is sharp, that should be interpreted as an energy build-up ready for release, but not yet integrated by the surrounding energy system. Regular Reiki work is required in such cases which should also include the rest of the body.

Finding Blockage with Chakra

Other methods for locating blockages and providing energy through the hands include the possibility of feeling the activity of the 'chakra'. Let client stand erect or sit on a stool. Hold one hand' at the front and the other at the back of the body with the palm turned toward the body on the level of a 'chakra' .He should feel into his hands; What are the hands perceiving? Make separate notes on every 'chakra' for the front and tile back, respectively, and evaluate them.

Emotional issues and Heart Chakra

Once an imbalance is located, one has to find the nearest 'chakra' and its correspondence to the body. If the imbalance, for example, is over the heart area, that means there is disharmony in the heart' chakra', the possibility of an emotional issue or some heart disease. If it is over the solar plexus, it is about lever (right side) or spleen or pancreas (left side) or the stomach (centre).

Spiral Energy and chakra formation

One has to keep in mind the spiral energy which shows how energy moves and nourishes the chakras, ie, from IV chakra to the IIIrd, then IV to the II, VI chakra to the 1st and then to the VII 'chakra'.

Headache may be due to the I or II chakra imbalance and sore throats (V chakra disorder) may be due to I or II chakra imbalance.

Organs and Emotion

It seems there is a close relation between the various organs and emotions. If, for instance one's lever is not working well, he/she is prime to anger; if the heart is imbalanced he/she will have depression. On the other hand if ever is working well, he/she will be sweet and appear pleased. And if the heart is balanced, he/she will give and feel love.

There is a possibility of the client's perceptions differing from others. This should not create any problems. The healer has to go by his own feelings to judge if he is acting as the Reiki channel or not. It is best to avoid giving the client a detailed account of areas with blockages and their deeper mean­ing. That only creates confusion and sets his mind spinning.
