Finding answer to patients Problem

When reiki master is not sure of his ability to give treatment, he might simply ask an oracle or talk with the client about uncertainty and explain to him 'his helplessness. By doing so he might gain confidence and also earn the client's trust. Some clarifying discussion will be suffice to solve this problem. How­ever if the master feels that the client's illness is far beyond his capacity, he should consider sharing the responsibility with another therapist who is more capable in that particular case.
