How to channel Reiki energy using Amethyst stone

For Reiki work one can take polished amethyst of about four centime­ters in diameter, lie down and adopt the meditation posture. Place an amethyst on his Third Eye and channel the Reiki energy from his left hand into the heart chakra, and from the right hand into the solar plexus chakra.

Chakra Balancing

This position stimulates the Third Eye and make sure that it is not "overcharged." Instead it is balanced by the energies of the heart and solar plexus centers. In other words, this is a method of chakra balancing' . When stimulation of the Third Eye enables one to see his path more clearly, fears are often released in the solar plexus. But since this center itself is being balanced with the loving energy of the heart chakra ; the sense of fear acts in an appro­priate way as a warning and is unable to tyrannize us.
