Use of Rock Crystals in Meditation for Reiki Energy

Use in meditation: Rock crystals are used in doing meditation also. The procedure is that one has to lie flat on his back, draw up legs and allow knees to fall apart. The soles of feet should be against one another completely. Hands should be joined together in a gesture of prayer, in front of the heart region holding in between them a reasonably sized and polished rock crystal.

The crystal throws energy through the minor' chakras' in the palms of the hands to the entire body via the reflex zones. The light bringer will feel very hot after a while but it is a normal reaction as a large amount of energy is released. During the process, Reiki enters the whole body via reflex zones and acupuncture points on hands. The cleansing and blockage-releasing effect pf the rock crystal helps Reiki to flow more easily. During the exercise one should focus attention on hands, feel the energy spread and notice the reactions in the body. One can also chant the mantra Om.

Crystal Meditation for whole body treatment

Place arms at an angel of about 45 degrees on the floor. The palms should face upwards. Place a polished, round rock crystal onto the palms of hands. Feel into hands, become aware of the energy moving through the body. This method is very good for preparation for whole body treatment and is also very effective as meditation.
